POST AND PACKAGING
We ship worldwide. If you are outside the United Kingdom and would like to purchase any of our products please give us a call. We will be able to give you a quote, using the cheapest and easiest route, and take your credit card details over the phone.
RETURNS POLICY AND GUARANTEE
- Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. You have a right to cancel your order from the day the goods are purchased and up to 7 working days from the day after your goods have been received, without reason. If you cancel your order within this time we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer's statutory rights not affected).
- Unwanted goods should to be returned unused in their original packaging. The initial delivery charge shall be refunded, but the customer is held liable for the cost of returning the goods.
- For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs. Where possible please return the goods in their original packaging.
- When returning goods please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery note. You may put a cover note in with your returned item, or return the item and send your query via e-mail to: returns@hamspteadandnorreys.co.uk
- We also suggest you use registered post, as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
